History
Mitchell & Ness
In 1904, Frank Mitchell and Charles Ness set the future of authentic vintage-inspired sportswear in motion when they established Mitchell & Ness Sporting Goods. Initially, they were focused on stringing tennis racquets, crafting custom golf clubs, and supplying uniforms for local Philadelphia baseball and football teams.
The NFL welcomed the Mitchell & Ness label in 1933, marking their debut by outfitting the Philadelphia Eagles, a partnership that endured for three decades. In 1985, Mitchell & Ness received a pivotal request to repair a customer’s game-worn 1960 Pittsburgh Pirates vest and 1949 St. Louis Browns jersey. This sparked the idea to produce historically accurate, vintage baseball jerseys and apparel, leading to the birth of Mitchell & Ness Nostalgia Co.
Today, Mitchell & Ness Nostalgia Co. offers authentic vintage jerseys and apparel collections spanning the MLB, NFL, NBA, NCAA, and MLS.
Majestic
Founded in 1976, Majestic orginated as a modest jersey shop in Bangor, Pennsylvania. Its focus was to create top-tier baseball jerseys for local teams and atheletes. Majestic’s steadfast dedication to quality and meticulous craftsmanship swiftly garnered acclaim from professionals. By prioritizing authenticity and faithfully representing team uniforms, Majestic swiftly distinguished itself, propelling a journey towards global renown.
